  • PLAY-Based Approach Intro to Hockey and Skating Skills 

  • Learn to Control Body, Balance, Stick, Puck, Agility, Edges, Push, Stop

  • Modified and FUN Games

  • Life Skills Focus

  • It is Recommended That One Parent Assist On Ice If Able

  • 45 Minute Multi-Sport Gym Sessions!

#3. Multi-Sport SKILLS CLUB (AGES 6-8)

  • Learn to PLAY and FUNdamental Sport Specific Skills Program

  • Similar to the Orange and Green Belt Levels of Martial Arts

  • Modified Games to Learn To PLAY each Sport

  • Intro to Position Skills and Game Play Rules

  • Multi-Sport Game Play FUN for Athlete Development

  • Agility, Physcial Literacy, Speed and Quickness

  • Life Skills Focus

  • Sports-Baseball/Softball, Flag Football, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Racquet Sports, Track and Field

  • I Hour sessions

  • Seasonal Programs Before and After School

#4. ICE SKILLS CLUB (AGES 6-8)

  • Advanced Learn to PLAY Hockey and Power Skating Program

  • Players must be able to stand up and have some Skating Ability

  • Similar to the Orange and Green Belt Levels of Martial Arts 

  • FUNdamental Hockey Skills: Shooting, Scoring, Puck Control, Passing

  • Intro to Checking Skills and Skating

  • Power Skating: Push, Edge Control, Fwd/Bwd Stride, Stop-Start Ability, Speed, Quickness, Agility, Balance, Power 

  • Modified Games to Learn To PLAY each Sport

  • Life Skills Focus

  • 1 Hour Sessions

  • Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions

  • Before and After School Sessions
