HOCKEY, BASEBALL/SOFTBALL, FOOTBALL, LACROSSE, BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL, RUGBY, RACQUET SPORTS, TRACK AND FIELD

WE TAKE CARE OF ALL YOUR ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT NEEDS

SPORT SPECIFIC SKILLS WILL BE ORGANIZED AS WE SECURE THE BEST INSTRUCTORS FOR EACH SPORT

 

  • 9-12 years Athlete Academy

  • Athletes in this program must have a passion for sport and be committed to train, have FUN and improve their skills for sport and the game of life.

  • Similar to Purple and Blue Belt Levels of Martial Arts

  • Multi-Sport and Modified Games combined in training

  • Players must maintain solid Academic Performance and Good Behavior

  • Learn To Train-Train to Train

 

  • 13-18 years Athlete Academy

  • Our most intense sport and athlete training program

  • Players must have passion, committment, dedication and goals to play at the highest levels of their chosen sport.

  • Similar to Red and Black Belt Levels of Martial Arts

  • Multi-Sport and Modified Games combined in training

  • Players must maintain solid Academic Performance and Good Behavior

  • Train To Compete-Train To Win

 

Athletes can choose 1, 2 or 3-4 Training Sessions per week:

 

  1. Sport and Position Specfic Skills

  • training sessions with players from your sport

  • One additional session per week option for 13-18 years Academy

  2. Sport Intangibles-Life Skills 

  • classroom sessions with players from all sports

  • separate sessions for 9-12 and 13-18 year old training groups

  3. Strength-Conditioning-Speed-Agility-Quickness

  • train in sessions with players from all sports

  • separate sessions for 9-12 and 13-18 year old training groups

 

  • Schedule follows seasonal school system-Fall, Winter, Spring 

  • Options to join Sport Academy training seasonally or yearly

  • Monthly or Yearly payment options available

  • Schedule and Fees-TBD
